Get involved with Junior rep footy at Coffs carnival
Calling all players interested in being involved in the Junior representative teams to play for AFL North West at the Northern NSW Championships – this is your chance to get involved!
The Northern NSW Championships will be held in Coffs Harbour from Monday 11 to Wednesday 13 July (second week of the school holidays). AFL North West will be entering the following teams:
- Under 13 – boys and girls born 2009 to 2011
- Under 15 – boys born 2007 to 2008
- Under 17 – boys born 2005 to 2006
- Youth Girls 17 – girls born 2005 to 2008
Over the course of the three days, the teams will play against the North Coast Force, Hunter Metro, Hunter Country, Central Coast, and Illawarra Storm.
This is a great chance to not only test yourself at a higher level, but also play a lot of matches in a relatively short space of time against a variety of opponents.
Players that want to be involved in the rep teams must complete the online nomination form and attend the selection trial which will be held on Sunday 26 June at Varley Oval, Inverell from 1:45pm to 3:00pm. Please note that all Junior club footy will be at this venue on this date, making it as easy as possible for people to attend the trial.
