All four AFL North West competitions to be run in 2020

The AFL North West Executive has confirmed that all four competitions will go ahead in 2020 with at least four teams to be fielded in each.
The women’s, under 17s and under 14s competitions will all have four teams in each while the men’s competition has four teams confirmed with the potential of a fifth to be nominated.
This will be finalised over the weekend.
A draw will then be formulated and distributed to clubs.

The season is set to kick-off on July 18 while clubs will be allowed to return to full-contact training from July 1.
AFL North West president Sonia Martin said it was exciting to be able to get all four competitions up and running in 2020.
“It’s really exciting,” Martin said.
“It’s a great opportunity to showcase AFL in the region.”
